1. ACサーボモータ
ACサーボモータは、高精度な位置決め制御が必要な装置に多く使用されている。

2.エクストルージョン

3.笑窩
成形品表面に笑窩が見られたため、金型表面の仕上げ状態を確認した。
Dimples were observed on the molded surface, so the mold finish was inspected.
Terdapat dimple pada permukaan produk, sehingga kondisi permukaan cetakan diperiksa。
4.エチレン
エチレンはポリエチレン樹脂の原料として広く利用されている。
Ethylene is widely used as a raw material for polyethylene resins.
Etilen banyak digunakan sebagai bahan dasar resin polietilena。
5.エンコーダ
エンコーダの不具合により、スクリューの回転数が正しく検出されなかった。
Due to an encoder malfunction, the screw rotation speed was not detected correctly.
Akibat kerusakan encoder, kecepatan putaran sekrup tidak terdeteksi dengan benar。
6.円状刃
円状刃を使用した打ち抜きで、製品周囲が滑らかに仕上がった。
Blanking with a circular blade produced a smooth product edge.
Pemotongan dengan pisau bulat menghasilkan tepi produk yang halus。
7.エンボス
エンボス加工により、製品の滑り止め性能が向上した。

8.凹凸
成形時に凹凸が残っていたため、加圧条件を見直した。
